• केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडळाने बुधवार नवीन युरिया धोरणाला मंजुरी दिली.

• पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली झालेल्या मंत्रिमंडळाच्या बैठकीत या प्रस्तावित कायदा दुरुस्तीला मंजुरी देण्यात आली.
• संसदेच्या आगामी पावसाळी अधिवेशनात याबाबतचे विधेयक संसदेत मांडले जाणार आहे.
• पहिल्यांदा कायद्याचे उल्लंघन करणाऱ्यास तीन महिन्यांवरून सहा महिने तुरुंगवासाची शिक्षा होईल. यासाठी दंडाची तरतूदही दहा हजार रुपयांवरून 20 ते 50 हजार रुपये इतकी वाढविली जाईल.
• एखाद्याने बालकामगार कायद्याचे दुसऱ्यांदा उल्लंघन केले, तर त्याला एक ते तीन वर्षे तुरुंगवास होईल.

राजकीय नेत्यांच्या छायाचित्रांचा सरकारी जाहिरातींमध्ये वापरास बांधी :
